Champ Hammett
Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, I was a full-time musician traveling the world, learning different cultures, and meeting people from all walks of life. I have taken what I learned from my travels and applied it to the world of real estate. I believe every client has individual needs and people deserve to be treated with respect first and foremost. Everyone's real estate journey is special and I make it my mission to ensure yours is a calm, stress-free experience.
I currently live in Historic Grant Park with my wonderful wife Marisa, our beautiful children Dorothy and Franklin, our rescue pit bull Liberty Bell and boss of the house Wasabi the cat. As a self diagnosed coffee addict, you can find me around town at many of Atlanta's great coffee shops. I look forward to meeting you, grabbing a cup of coffee, and discussing your real estate goals.

Kyle Jackson
Prior to real estate, I worked in the music industry for over five years as a booking agent & promoter. In 2014 I decided to dive into real estate after seeing that a close friend enjoyed working in the business. I specialize inside the perimeter of Atlanta, and have experience in multi-family. In my second year of real estate, I was awarded top producer and continued to receive the accolade each year. Originally from Charleston SC, I now reside in Old Fourth Ward and enjoy traveling and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in my spare time.

Marisa Hammett
Marisa is a Realtor® and member of Groundwork Realty Group.
Originally from California, she moved to Atlanta in 2010 and quickly fell in love with the city's charming, distinct and diverse neighborhoods.
Marisa helps both buyers and sellers navigate the changing landscape of the Atlanta real estate market. She prides herself on being hands-on and providing personalized service to her clients, reducing stress and simplifying wherever she can. Marisa also works with clients relocating to Atlanta from across the country, with a specific interest in helping other Californians make the transition to life in the South.
She lives in Grant Park with her two children and her husband Champ, also a member of Groundwork Realty Group. An avid supporter of public schools, Marisa donates a portion of every closing to public schools in SE Atlanta. When she's not working or on mom duty, she enjoys browsing interior design magazines, planning vacations, and all things Disney.

Heath Ladnier
Heath Ladnier is an experienced agent with an extensive knowledge of the In-town Atlanta markets. Heath has called Atlanta home for over 20 years. Heath has a background in service and hospitality that really shows when helping his clients navigate the home buying and selling process. Heath works with buyers, sellers, and investors. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and frequently does continuing education to keep up with the always evolving world of real estate. When he’s not doing real estate, Heath volunteers with the Ronald McDonald house and Open Hand Atlanta. He enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and 3 year old Daughter, Willow.
